After building her reputation as a talented in-house HR professional at some of Australia’s largest companies and brands, our Managing Director, Renee Henville decided to go out independently. She founded her own HR consulting firm in 2010. Renee sure hit the ground running, impressing clients with her special brand of practical HR strategies and coaching. So much so, Integrated Human Resourcing has grown from that one client into the Gold Coast’s go-to HR consultantancy – managing over 1,800 staff in a range of industries.

Madison Richards
Position/specialty: HR Advisor
Industry experience & accomplishments: I have just under 5 years HR experience in the Retail and Airline Industry across both corporate and operational portfolios working in New Zealand. I would consider myself a HR Generalist but have a particular interest in Employment Relations and Recruitment. I also have a Bachelor of Business Degree Majoring in Human Resource Management and Employment Relations.
What do you love about HR: Connecting with people from all walks of life!
What do you like doing outside of work: Spending time with friends and family, going on adventures and visiting new places.
Favourite chocolate bar: KitKat- but I am not picky when it comes to chocolate!
Victoria Li
Position/specialty: Senior HR & WH&S Coordinator
Industry experience & accomplishments: I started my career as a translator in the Whitsundays and then moved into a HR role where I find my passion is at. With my previous work experience, I gained great knowledge about the hospitality and retail industry. And I look forward to stepping into varied industries with my professional skills. I have significant experience with recruitment, workforce planning, training and work health and safety.
What do you love about HR: As a HR professional, I really enjoy being the communication bridge between the employer and employees. And I’m always happy and proud to see that my skills and suggestions can help both the business and individuals to move onto another stage of success.
What do you like doing outside of work: I have such an adventurous spirit, love hiking, snorkelling, scuba diving, surfing, skateboarding…… And I love recording all my adventures and sharing them with everyone!
Favourite chocolate bar: I’m the weirdo that doesn’t like chocolate at all… 😉
Sarah Childs
Position/specialty: Senior HR Coordinator
Industry experience & accomplishments: Started in retail management, developed skills in training and team development. Moved to a transport company in projects administration, gaining HR generalist experience while completing a Certificate IV in Human Resources. Experienced in interpreting awards, policy development, employee training, and work health & safety, with a focus on road transport, manufacturing, and construction industries.
What do you love about HR: I am passionate about helping business create healthy, safe & functional work environments and then finding the right people to add into the mix to foster the culture we worked so hard to build. Seeing companies build on their success makes this job so satisfying.
What do you like doing outside of work: Nothing beats the look of pure joy on my golden retrievers face when we take him to the beach, otherwise you’ll find me pottering around the house or heading out on adventures with my little fam and our friends.
Favourite chocolate bar: As long as it’s chocolate, I’ll eat it. But in a box of Favourites – it’s the Cherry Ripe for the win.
Renae Wooten
Position/specialty: Recruitment Coordinator
Industry experience & accomplishments: I’ve worked mostly in in-house recruitment for over 3.5 years, predominantly recruiting for overseas companies within the USA, Canada, and the UK as well as aviation. My largest accomplishments was looking after up to 150 candidates a season and filling 18 roles within a 6 week time frame.
What do you love about HR: I love the relationships you get to build with both hiring managers, companies, and candidates, and seeing people thrive in their new positions.
What do you like doing outside of work: Outside of work you’ll typically find me either in or by the ocean, going on adventures with my partner, delving into personal development or running women’s and sound healing events.
Favourite chocolate bar: This is very mood dependant!
Rachel Murphy
Position/specialty: HR Coordinator
Industry experience & accomplishments: Currently studying a Diploma of Human Resource Management
What do you love about HR: The structure, and that every day can be different.
What do you like doing outside of work: Yoga and the beach.

Stevie Bowman
Position/specialty: HR Coordinator
Industry experience & accomplishments: I started in retail and sales, where I discovered my passion for understanding people’s needs. Transitioning into event management, particularly wedding coordinating and styling, I gained insights into diverse personalities. Combining my retail and styling experience, I moved into interior styling and sales. Eventually, my focus shifted towards building a career in HR, specialising in employment relations, HR generalist roles, and talent acquisition.
What do you love about HR: I find supporting anyone and everyone within a business or even putting a smile on their face is what makes this industry rewarding.
What do you like doing outside of work: I enjoy textured art and trying new coffee places.
Favourite chocolate bar: Not so much a chocolate bar however TeeVee Snacks are the best.
Aileen Segarra
Position/specialty: Operations Assistant
Industry experience & accomplishments: I started my career in the United Arab Emirates, initially as a cashier in a retail company. Later I moved to a manufacturing and real estate company as an Administrator. After working abroad, I also worked as a Virtual Admin to one of the conveyancing agencies in Australia. I am new to HR, yet I have multiple years of experience being an Administrator.
What do you love about HR: I love working in HR as an Admin Assistant as it gives me the privilege to understand and learn the process of recruiting people. I enjoy the different admin tasks and organising things.
What do you like doing outside of work: I love traveling and spending time with my family and kids. I also enjoy going to the beach and long drives.
Favourite chocolate bar: Any chocolate with almonds and dark chocolate.
